 The Stewart Family Band is proud to present  a third generation  of bluegrass, and traditional country music. The Stewart Family legacy in country music history runs deep with former Grande Ole Opry performers and first generation Billy (Jimmy Dickens Band) and Helen Stewart (The Carter Family). Redd Stewart, author of the famous “Tennessee Waltz”, is now in the country music songwriters hall of fame. Kaintuck

Kaintuck is a Native American word meaning Land of Green Meadows, from which the state of Kentucky derived its name. Kaintuck is a Kentucky based band which performs private parties or events, music shows, and Bluegrass festivals throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Ohio. In past years Kaintuck members performed with: Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys, Bluegrass Alliance, New Dominion Bluegrass, Bluegrass 101, Relic, Charlie Noble Band, and Sullivan Family Band. In addition to traditional Bluegrass music Kaintuck performs old country, Bluegrass gospel, and original songs written by members. Kaintuck tailors performances to the desire of party hosts or event promoters, and provides an entertaining family oriented show.
